Eficácia constitucional, paradigmas, inovações e problemas reais
Resumo
Apresentamos a classificação da Constituição Federal de 1988 quanto à real efetividade de suas normas. Abordamos sucintamente seu contexto histórico, até o momento de sua promulgação, bem como as controvérsias relativas à existência de uma democracia efetiva. Demonstramos a grande lacuna existente entre o povo brasileiro e o real conhecimento de sua Carta Magna, a importância de fazer com que seja conhecida e estudada por seu povo. Ainda neste sentido, demonstramos que a ignorância a respeito deste relevante assunto é causa de “suicídio moral” dos brasileiros, tanto como povo, quanto como sociedade. Apresentamos idéias simples, para ajudar a fazê-las eficazes. Concluímos relatando as controvérsias relativas à existência de uma democracia efetiva, passados 20 anos de sua promulgação.

We presented the classification of the Federal Constitution of 1988 with real effectiveness of your norms. We approached in few words your historical context, until the moment of your promulgation, as well as the relative controversies to the existence of an effective democracy. We demonstrated the great existent gap between the Brazilian people and the real knowledge of your Great Letter, the importance of doing with that is known and studied by your people. Still in this sense, we demonstrated that the ignorance, such important subject is cause of "moral suicide" of the Brazilians, as much as people, as much as society. We presented simple ideas to help to do her effective. We concluded telling the relative controversies to the existence of an effective democracy, after twenty years of your promulgation..
